I'm too cheap to buy pre-made engine baffles for my other 150, so I'm cutting out another set from the templates I made up. Anybody want me to cut them a set of blanks? You'd need to bend them on a brake, rivet on the hose inlets and brackets, and mount the rubber material.

Hmmm....mine are in pretty rough shape. How much? And wonder if yours would be the same as mine (150D)? What's the part number?

Mine are for the later 150 with the prop spacer. Everything would be the same except for the two big pieces right up front. They're shorter on the D and would be cut down versions of what I've got.

I made them out of 032 2024-T3 and they're cut using a router from templates I made to do the set on my other airplane. Doesn't look like I'll be needing a set myself any time soon. I spent the day out at the airport working on the airplane they were to go on and am pretty convinced that the engine has a broken crank.

Geez, I don't know. Figure there's $50 in materials plus a day's worth of labor. Let's say $200 plus shipping for a set.

This'll be a one time deal, since I happen to be setting up to cut my own. My day job pays too well to start yet another venture.

I'm interested. No hurry. I'm looking at an overhaul in the next 1-200 hrs and would use them then.
