Friday afternoon I picked up my 'new' plane; an '81 C152.
I will soon be posting for sale my beloved '68 C150H Taildragger, the 'Rabbit Dawg' in the club classifieds - as soon as I get some recent pictures.


And... yes, the new plane is a taildragger. No reason to spoil the fun!

As of today, my 68' 150H Taildragger is officially on the market. The 'Rabbit Dawg' is posted in the club classifieds section.

Got down to the airstrip yesterday & got some pictures of the 'new' 152.
Some numbers:
1981 C152 w/ ACT Texas Taildragger mod, extended gear.
LYCOMING 110 HP
6200TTA, 191SMOH
30 hours on new Sensinich prop.

I thought the main gear legs only got relocated in a tail-dragger conversion, but it appears that they got replaced as well, going from tubular to flat legs.

As I understand it, the extended gear was/is an option for the ACT conversion. The previous owner wanted adequate ground clearance for the Sensinich prop - the stock gear puts the prop tip pretty close to the ground.

I am told that it is the same gear as used in the 140.
