$10K sounds about right for a nice, clean 150 that is well past TBO. The owner may not think so, but it is going to need an overhaul sooner than later. There are too many other decent 150s on the market to pay any more.
Says Heading and Reciprocal... looks like a cheat sheet to find reciprocals and also the hemispheric cruising altitude rule. Doesn't seem to be an actual instrument.

The FBO just finished one here in Corning, Ca.Top notch job, something north of $70k for the 150/150 conversion! The STC was fraught with problems, don't know which one it was.Nice airplane though.
wow. 70 bills just for the conversion? like to have been on the receiving end of that checkbook. vaseline anyone? no i would assume find an airplane converted, seems like the best way to go. if i had the skills/time/money/faa authority to do it myself i would. i wish somebody would just give me a darn plane to fly. "here keep this thing running" would be so much easier. too many choices.
