I applaud your enthusiasm on the patches, and also your message to us offering to donate a share of proceeds to the club. Unfortunately your patch raises a few issues that need to be addressed. (I've received numerous PM's from members with concerns.)
We prohibit using the forum to market self manufactured products directly to members, especially an item featuring the club brand that we reserve for club approved merchandise. (individual sales of used merchandise here are unrestricted.)
We intend to market patches and stickers with the club logo in the future. While we in no way want to discourage anyone from promoting the club, manufacturing items for sale using the club "Brand" is something that needs to be cleared with us in advance.
We will not prohibit you from selling the patches you have already made, but I hope you will understand that we can't allow you to market club branded merchandise here in the forum without our prior approval. (We invite you and anyone else to contact us with these kinds of ideas, but please do not post an advertisement here without our prior approval.) For those who have expressed an interest in these, please limit your purchase arrangements to PM messages
