Guys, I replaced my tail cone cover a few months back, I had some of those things, what ever they are called, but rather then use them,, I went down to an aviation auto approved parts store and purchased the ones that have a push is snap in the middle. Makes it a snap to take them out,, without damaging the plastic cover,, so check out the aviation approved auto stores
..for some of these do, and you know what,, my new ones don't pop out no more,,
