You made me think (now I have a headache!)
The FAA CD request requires both N number and serial number, so it may be possible to request the old records under the old N number. If I were seriously interested in this aircraft, it would be worth the $6.95 each for two CD's, one for each N number! Perhaps the old data would be included on the newer CD, since the serial number is involved. I dunno!
