Looking to buy a 150. Only problem is that I need a 550lb useful load. Book values for years 62-65 and 71 state that this is possible but reality states otherwise. I still can't figure out what cessna was thinking when they posted these figures. They must not have had any radios, seats, or paint when they calculated these numbers. I'm surprised they haven't been sued for false advertising.
