I just looked at N11781, it has been sitting for 8 years with the engine ground run periodically, owner is ready/forced to sell but wants to put no money towards an annual or other repairs.

Good; very clean and straight airframe, 1878 TTAF, interior and paint, exterior plastic all original, 7 or 8.Very little surface corrosion inside wings or fuselage. Static RPM 2350

So so; no rudder stop AD, no ADSB , Icom A200, Cessna 328 , AT 150 and encoder. McCauley wheels and brakes. Slick 4301 mags. field? O/H at 1300 hours

Not so good. rusty cylinder walls, left mag intermittant 250 RPM drop, troubling vibration from 2000 to max, possible case 1/2 oil leak, damp on top and wet on bottom of engine, carb and oil tank.

He is asking $15K , I would not fly it until vibration issue is resolved.
