Good Morning Catherine,
I am not sure that all colors are available in the lower panel. Mine was originally red, and looked pretty tired. About the only thing I can say, is call a Cessna dealer and find out. There are some of the vinyl paints out there that really do a nice job, and hold up pretty well too. You might be able to use the same thng you used on the upper panel.
