PICTURE 3 (and I have no idea why these are so darned big on the forum. I shrunk the files down from 3.9 megabites to around 500k. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
If you try shrinking them by referencing the size in pixels, not megabytes, I think you'll get the results you want. 640x480 pixels is a good enough size for most pictures on this forum, and will automatically be small enough in megabytes for speedy downloads.
