Hi Guys,

I really enjoyed meeting Kendel. He's a great guy, and he's very knowledgeable about airplane projects!

He pointed out a few things about my project that I wasn't aware of, namely some corrosion behind the upper firewall.

Kendel took some photos of the affected area, which he's welcome to share here.

This could, and probably should, require removing the firewall, then cleaning, inspecting, treating, and/or replacing parts as necessary.

This is not insurmountable if you're an A&P, or a very involved aircraft owner like Kendel is... but it's certainly beyond my scope of ability (or desire).

The project is still for sale, and I'll entertain offers, but I should probably take a minute to consider my options.

Thanks for tuning in! wink
