I recently purchased a pile of new exterior plastics (well it is actually primed fibreglass) from
http://www.aerofairings.ca/ The are based in Quebec, Canada. I bought elevator, rudder and wig tips, and strut cuffs top and bottom. Nothing is pre-drilled so you need a hole finder tool. All parts fit good - I used my mechanics hole finder and drilled all the parts (not the cuffs yet) so now I need to paint and install. But the cuffs are one piece, so that is more work to install since one end of the strut must be disconnected (mechanic work).
