Dennis told me in Clinton he was the next buyer in line for mine if the deal fell through. I had already sent the deposit and was arranging the pre-buy before he took notice. Actually, I don't even think I had sent the check, just arranged the pre-buy.
That was a good feeling, knowing he liked it enough to take a look at it, too.
I believe it'll work out just fine Mark.
