It's maddening. I just paid 50$ for a simple bearing for the elevator. I noticed the bushing for the trim on the rudder the size of a cheerio is 140$. What a joke.
The only reason I'm considering this is I have to do spin training for my CFI. So do I pay to rent a plane to spin a few times for a signoff which will likely cost me near the cost of the part or buy the part, install, and spin until my heart is content?
I'm a I'd rather pay myself type a guy.
