It's a Glastar. Kit plane - so EXPERIMENTAL. Looking at the FAA registry - looks like she bought it from the original builder. First airworthiness date was in the year 2000.
Welded steel fuselage, with a fiberglass covering and aluminum wings. About 300 were built. According to Wikipedia - it can be switched back and forth between a trike and taildragger with relative ease.
