Hello Bill,

My 150G had the same issue. It was like that when I bought it. It would go back to center after I put the flaps up, but not down. I ended up just living with it. Muscle memory took over and after a week or so it was rare that I forgot to retract the flaps. It worked flawlessly other than that.
