I bought, sold....then bought..and sold, and bought again only at my home airport...and I have been VERY foutunate to not have gone thru the parade of tire kicking low balling scammers and dreamers who aren't really serious or qualified buyers.
Add to repeated meet or "FTA" (fail to appear) characters, to open or inspect and waste your time... It is just how things are today.
I also would NERER sell via an online ad...for all your reasons.
