My preference would be a true 9+ paint, 9+ glass, 9+ interior, decent avionics, engine that hasn't been sitting but has at least half it's time left to TBO. Maybe more of a unicorn than a cream-puff, but I know there are some out there. Willing to pay a premium for this. I had one of these located and a deal made, but buyer got sellers remorse and backed out before the deal was complete.
I'd also look at a good solid plane that meets the engine, interior and avionics equipment above but has older paint - but expect to pay closer to market price for something that isn't exceptional. I've had a couple of these but they were too far away and by the time I jumped a local buyer had picked them off.
