I hope that's the end of it for you Geoff... I know credit card companies can reverse charges too though - hopefully that's not the case in this specific situation.
Someone using their credit card through Paypal is the most dangerous (to the seller) method. If he decides to reverse the charges, the credit card company considers Paypal to be the vendor and not you.... and Paypal will not fight for you with the credit card company.
My daughter did a wedding photo shoot and got ripped off this way. They couple moved out of state right after the wedding, then the groom claimed to his credit card company that the photos weren't good enough (after he had received them and the RAW files on CD to make more prints). My daughter no longer accepts Paypal.
