It's not just getting the wheels off the runway that matters but also what are the options for when the engine quits. I fly in and out of Gunnison, CO during the summer, but I only depart before the DA gets above 8500 and only down the valley, not up it. Even then, there are some long minutes of pucker until the grounds drops away enough that options become available. Landings at high DA are abrupt and would be even more so with an engine out in a 150.
