The only thing I see that will keep you from geting your reserve is the high time engine! Factory overhauled is a plus, and the engine may perform perfectly well past TBO, but less than 250 hours to what many see as a mandatory overhaul (of course it's not mandatory) will scare many buyers away. You had 3 offers in the $14K area on the first listing, and I would be surprised to see any more than that on the second (traditionally, less!)
