I'm a little concerned about the white paint on the hub area. If it has any thickness to it (like a poly paint) it may crush when torqued down and the prop loosen up. I highly suggest flying it a few hours and retorquing it. Also, use nylon or fiber washers under the screws for a no paint damage look.

We'll re-check the torque - good idea.

As for the nylon washers, you mean under the spinner screws, right; not under the prop-bolt heads?
