We had 25,000 with two years of appreciation; thus, 26,150 with the deductible removed. AIG's own mechanic/repairshop had put in an estimate to fix, based only on the pictures of 22,000. So, you can see why the plane was a total loss.

I assure you, in the time frame this guy owned this aircraft, there's no way he replaced the flight controls, and/or repaired this aircraft. Please keep in mind, it never left my hanger until the third week in June.
