Man, what can be done to improve on the 396? Direct TV?
I think if a 496 is in the works (and I suspect you are 100% right) it'll be overkill for me. The 396 has features that I probably not use, unless XM allows poor folks like me to purchase a 30 day weather-use at a time. I could go for this, but not an entire 1 year subscription.
I think my money order and old 196 will be boxed up and sent to Dave at JA Air Center tomorrow... I'm taking the plunge.
