The Nerf Drop and Spot Landing contests are done together. Let's say you want to compete as the Pilot at 9AM Thursday. Your plane (with you and your bombardier) gets assigned a position in that group. The planes, in trail, will do Nerf Drop #1, then all come around and do Landing #1 (touch and go). Then go around, do Nerf Drop #2, then come around and do Landing #2 (another touch and go). Then go around, do Nerf Drop #2, then come around and do Landing #3, then Exit The Runway and taxi back to your parking spot.

If you want to compete again as a Bombardier, you sign up for a later contest time. You can switch place with your prior bombardier, or fly with another pilot.

If you watch THIS VIDEO [youtube.com] , you'll understand the process.
