I have owned this plane for 8 years. It has been a great time builder but now my growing family needs something bigger. I might be interested in a partial trade for a 170B. The paint is in good condition. Better than average when compared to similar year airplanes. I think it was probably hangared for some of it's life judging by the condition of the paint and interior. The interior is in good shape with all the carpet and seats in great shape. The plastic panels have a few cracks in them but are still fine. It has always been a fun, easy plane to fly and relatively inexpensive to operate and maintain at 6 GPH in cruise. It has the rudder stop AD complied with so it is fully capable of spins and most positive G aerobatics (loops, rolls, Immelman, Cuban 8, Split S).

I just had buyer back out at the last minute, I think because of medical issues, but he had a thorough pre-buy inspection done by a reputable shop at Lake Hood. After the inspection, I had the shop finish it up as an annual. There were only a few minor squawks that I already took care of. The mechanic said that it was one of the nicest 150's that he has seen. It would save a buyer some money if they wanted to just call the shop and ask them about it, and I can email you the squawk list.
