You may be better off making your own cardboard template. The plastic wasn't a precision item to begin with, and may have warped/shrunk/stretched due to age.
Good point. I haven't torn down my panel, though, just trying to minimize my downtime for when I do. I have some pretty good measurements, I suppose I may just have to make all the cable holes smaller and fit them to size by hand.
