My plane spent its life in Fallbrook, CA from 1975-2001 and is squeaky clean on any corrosion.
My plane was sold to Malibu Flyers and lived there from Dec 1968 to Spring 1972, then it lived at Corona airport until the last couple months before I bought it at Brown Field.
It has corrosion. But not in places to be cared about.
