I have owned this plane for 8 years. It has been a great time builder but now my growing family needs something bigger. I would like to trade for a 170A or B. The paint is in good condition. Better than average when compared to similar year airplanes, but not new. It lived on a gravel strip for a while and has a few blemishes to prove it. The interior is in good shape with all the carpet and seats in great shape. The plastic panels have a few cracks in them just like any 40 year old plastic would. It has always been an easy plane to fly and relatively inexpensive to operate and maintain at 6 GPH in cruise. It has the rudder stop AD complied with so it is fully capable of spins and most positive G aerobatics (loops, rolls, Immelman, Cuban 8, Split S).
