I'm wondering if it's the same plane, or if that was an optional Cessna trim design found on more than one plane.

It's a standard Commuter or Commuter II logo available thru Moody Aerographics. I think they were offered on the 70's year models, though I can't remember right off hand. I've already scanned one into my 'puter at work, cleaned it up and it's ready to cut.
