I picked up that exact scooter a few years ago for $50 off Craigslist and have only put it in the plane once. I had to take the handlebar post off and fold it down. It just barely fit and IIRC, I had to take the door off to get it in. It turned out to be more time and hassle than a bike, but if I had a destination at the top of a hill, I might consider bringing it instead. It really does get up to 30 mph, but it gets pretty scary at that speed because it is so small compared to me, and I keep feeling like it is going to start a speed wobble any second.
