I did buy the arrow, and I love it.. in fact since June I've put close to 200 Hours on it. I'm now in that quasi-dreamy stage of looking for another. You know something a little different.
As the hours will indicate, my Arrow is no hanger queen, but I still find myself thinking about going flying around some days, and feel that dragging out the Arrow is a bit too much for the "sky hole punching" I feel like doing. I have some friends that are telling me to try an Ultralight, but I really miss the 152 I trained in.
So I'm just looking. I also have been doing that Confeder... uh Commemorative Air Force thing, and would love to find an ol' 120 to buld Tail dragger time so I wont ground loop a war bird.
I wasn't planning on buying this one in particular during the auction, but I was interested in seeing what y'all thought. I did find my Arrow on E-bay, (didn't bid) but it's where I found it... and so far (knock wood) it's been very reliable and fantastic. I'm sure the $4,000 annual it went through before I picked it up didn't hurt though.
Thanks for the input guys!
