Its worth a good look. I bought N5970T that had new prop. oversize tires, HD nose gear Horten Stol installed, Horten wing tips but the owners hadn't sent in their bill of sales. Had a stack of em. Took a chance bought it for 8 grand but spent more than a year getting the paperwork staight. Its in my name now. It was a nitemare because I had to track down a couple previous owners who didn't sign or filled out the bill of sale wrong.
