Like most people in that situation, she was energized to really take care of herself. Unlike most people, she actually did.


Seeing that reminded me of the date I went on where the gal spent too much time telling me about the brain surgery she'd undergone while in college. For some reason, it had been necessary to remove an entire hemisphere of her brain. I forget which side it was, but she didn't get any of my jokes. It was like talking with an attractive robot.
