How rough does he want it to be and where does he want the roughness? I know of one that's less than ten STOH, but the paint and interior are horrible. I know of another that has good cosmetics, but a tired engine. I can also point to one that's kind of in the middle all the way around. None of them have corrosion (benefit of living in the desert).
If he finds something out this way in the next few weeks, he might be able to get a ferry pilot dirt cheap
