Well, I'm glad you got a good deal on your current plane. That'll make selling it for lower than you thought it was worth, alot easier.
I bought my plane in February 2006....in what was probably near peak for pricing in used 150-152's. Spent nearly 22K for it. It was probably the best 22K I've ever spent! Priceless is this opportunity to own and fly your own airplane.
