The 152 fuel lines use pretty much the same routing and clamps as the 150. There's just more fittings and lines at the tank connections. The old 150 lines would be in the way, and why leave even that small amount of weight in the plane?
DANG! The one thing I forgot is a biggy! The 152 wings only provide for 30° of flap travel. That can be modified too by changing the flap tracks, bellcrank, actuator, and some linkage... but the job just got that much bigger.
