I can point you to a VERY clean 150L with a 150 HP engine that will meet all of your stated requirements. It was completely refurbished in 2002 and had a factory reman installed in 2005. Around $40,000 the last I heard.
Pardon my being biased. But you could not do any better then 150 Whiskey Whiskey! From the sounds of it, it needs a new owner badly that will fly it!
