My N11927 may have looked much like the one on the ebay photo. In my case others had saved it from the smelter or even dismemberment. It came with so many other parts (Piper cub) that after selling the extra parts I was into it for 4 thousand dollars or less. Gotta figure to melt the credit card several times for parts. I'm getting all NEW mags,LW starter and alt.,carb and cylinders. All windows and interier new and paint. Just don't have a paint scheme yet. Thinking ribbins for trim. Would I do it again Yes. I like a challenge. This is the first Cessna to restore. Have brought Cubs back from the dead years ago. It has taken too long but had other issues that had to deal with first. But still have it. As soon as this one flys will start another. A 64 150/150.
