I've got a lot right here at X39 I would sell!
Actually there is a lot on the runway here someone has a sign on and he is only asking 60k ....less than what I owe on mine. So I'd recommend that before buying mine.
Btw....Tampa International is about 35 min from X39 so there's your major airport.
Lighted/paved ...cheap by comparison to other air parks that are anywhere close to here.
No houses for sale here right now.
airporthomes.com is a great resource and is well organized .... Though barnstormers has more listings.
