I saw that also. I am going to speculate that while the engine itself was overhauled, they re-used (without rebuilding) the Mag's, Vac Pump, Alternator, Prop and Hoses without replacement. Firewall Forward will usually mean all of the Aux systems were rebuilt or replaced with new as are hoses, harnesses and wiring. But this is a guess.
