Other than the left panel plastic overlay, the plane appears to be in pretty good shape with some attractive avionics and a fresh engine with new cylinders. Granted, the transponder is ancient and the door panels clash, but not a horrible airplane. No, I wouldn't pay the asking price either but I think this 150 should be towards the high end of the range.
I'd gladly sell two 150s for what he's asking for one, but neither are worth as much as this listing. Heck, for $37k I'd
