If that's the same part I bought for my C-150H last summer, this is a great deal. These are commonly missing on many planes and are hard to find. I got tired of looking and paid more than $200 for a new one!! I'm actually happy with it, as I believe it has significantly streamlined my nosewheel faring and may be improving my airspeed a knot or two...
