Thanks for posting this 150 for sale.

I went to look at it today. It is a nice plane. The gentleman is very nice. He bought the plane from an estate this summer. He repainted the top of the wings, stabilizers and spinner with Imron paint(stripped to bare metal). The wings and tail have some cosmetic hail marks. He cleaned and polished the rest of the plane and replaced the ELT. I quickly reviewed the engine logs and at least two or three cylinders have been replaced in the last 300 or so hours. If I wasn't in the middle of a restoration project, I'd seriouly consider buying this one. He said he thought he was the third owner of the plane. I spoke to his nephew at the airport. He said his uncle (the owner) is retired and he likes to tinker on airplanes. He bought this one for the purpose of doing a little work on it and then planned to sell it.

I took a few photos of the exterior and interior. If someone would like to see what it looks like let me know and I will send some photos.
