I dont think that thing is worth more than about 25-27K period. 55?? I'd hate to be the sucker that pays that. Think about all the GAS!!!!!
The panel alone would cost close to 25K to replicate. This is why putting dual 430s, etc. into a 150 or 152 is economically foolish if you have to sell. Your pool of prospective buyers is very small for a super well equipped 150/2--everyone expects to pay peanuts for the Cessna 2 seater. If you plan to keep the airplane forever and are happy with its limitations, then such equipment is a personal choice.
