I have never had any luck with buying on internet I always pick up the phone and dial the 1-800 number and talk to an actual warm body, I find they can be very helpful.
Being a canuck shipping anything via a courier company can be shocking when paying shipping. When crossing the border they will often put brokerage fees on and they can be quite costly. I find that the United States Postal service alot cheaper especially if you dont need part right away.
