The second thing you may wish to do is look on the menu on the right here and click on "AIRPLANES." You will find the changes for each model year. Nobody here can honestly say one model is significantly better or worse than any other model year. Performance wise, they all are pretty much the same. So it just boils down to a matter of personal preference. For instance, we purchased a post 1967 model because of the larger doors, more shoulder and hip space, larger baggage compartment and higher maximum gross weight . Primarily because I am a larger fellow and we do quite a little cross country flying requiring the cargo space. Your wants and needs will obviously differ. So, my suggestion would be to write down what you want in an aircraft, go through the specs and find the model that will suit you the best.
