Other than glare reduction and milder sunburns, what are the pros and cons of clear vs. tinted for the windshield? Or are there any?


My plane has tinted plexiglass all around. They keep the cockpit cooler on a sunny day. I don't fly at night, so reduced night visibility is not a factor. I take lots of photos through the tinted side windows. They don't affect the quality of the photos.
