no known damage to the electrical system or avionics...sounds like wentworth sent a tech to check out the plane without a key to do a run-up and avionics check. they seem to think the owner knows nothing about his own airplane. this is what is so great about being in the 150-152 club, being that the owner is a member of the club, his report to the members is more likely to be more than just bring a wing and transponder and you can fly it home the next day. what i like about this club, being a newer member, is that we have members all over the world that are willing to go out and help do pre-buys at airports near them free and give good feedback on an aircraft so members don't get stung. being an ia in florida, as a member of the 150-152 club , i am always willing to do a pre-buy in florida for our members for free. but the cost of fuel to get there and back would really be appreciated. the cost of fuel being what it is....jim
