I am trying to figure out the first month payments I will be facing when I find the plane I want to buy.. The plane will be based in Sacramento CA. I’ll probably need to finance some of the purchase price
Here is what I figure is my out of pocket expenses the first month:
Down payment (depends on the loan requirements)
Sales Tax (California)
Prebuy inspection cost
Cost to get it home
1st month tie down
Insurance payment
Personal Property tax,
Does anyone in California know when the Personal Property tax payment is due and what the percentage rate is? Or do I wait for a bill.
Am I missing any other cost?
